Captain .Decoin, manager of Paris Wonderland, lias accepted Dempsey’s offer to fight Carpentier at Pershing Stadium for a 'guarantee of one hundred and fifty thousand dollars, plus a percentage of the gate. It is believed Carreiitier will receive a million and a half francs. It is also reported what Paris Municipality ' s ready to pay a big subsidy.
