A COMING VISIT.
UF PRINCE OF WARES, (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.. (Received this d&7 at 1.30 p.m.) ■ LONDON, Dec. 17. No definite arrangeme'nts have yet •been made regarding the Prmce of Wales trip to Australia and New Zealand. It is understood he goes abroad in a warship. An announcement .was niade informally by the Prince at the Council at a meeting of King Edward’s Hospital Fund, in order to explain why he was absent from the Council meeting. The Prince added that his Majesty was sending him to Australia and New Zealand, and this would necessitate flip l leaving about March. The Prince will'visit all the principal towns of Australia and New Zealand including West Australian mining districts. He also goes inland over the States to inspect agricultural, pastoral and other industries, and will participate in hush sports. • It is believed the Felton-Barry.. match will h e fixed to coincide with the Prince’s stay in Sydney. He intends to make an extensive tour of New Zealand. including beauty spots and possibly crosses the Pacific, returning “ through Canada. .
