The Italian Chamber has unanimously passed a motion that urges the Cabinet to Support the idea of the interAllied Council reopening diplomatic and commercial relations with all the Governments of Russia. This resolution includes the Bolsheviks. The Socialists wanted Italy to resume relations at once herself with the Soviet Republic.
