PRECAUTION, NOT PANIC.
The Epidemic of last year has left many people with a fear of recrudescence, and at the first signs of a cold, they get alarmed. It is not anticipated that there will be a return of the Epidemic. Everyone, however, should take the easy piecautions that are necessary to maintain health.
