O’DONNELL’S COURT-MARTIAL. (LONDON, November 26. • The Times states that the hearing of evidence in the court-martial in the case of Rev. Father O’Donnell, Australian Military Chaplain, included witnesses for the defence. The witnesses stated that Father O’Donnell did not use the words alleged, but that he had referred to the King in complimentary terms The Times adds:—-“The decision will be promulgated.”
FATHER O’DONNELL ACQUITTED. (Received this day, at 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 27. Father O’Donnell was acquitted.
LONDON, Nov 24. Mr Bodkin was prosecuting Counsel at the O’Donnell courtmartial.

(Received this day at 12.25 p.ml DUBLIN, November 24. New Government regulations have further embittered the situation. The Nationalist press denounce them. Mr Griffiths says the Sirjp Fein will defy them. No politcal prisoner will accept the status of a criminal, and if Me is forfeited in the attempt to compe them the Government will be guilty of murder. “Freeman’s Journal” assures the Government that no Home (Rule will bridge the widening gulf, if the regulations are persisted m.
