Th 0 inter-State Conference of' delegates of railway unions of the Commonwealth has concluded. It carried resolutions in favour of railway workers •in each State lysing granted direct cqujal elective representation on the Board of Management of the Railway Department in each State; condemning the Whiteley scheme and all its variations jpledging to resist to the utmost all attempts to introduce it among railwaymen; and in favour of all railwaymen being granted access to industrial arbitration courts.
