(.By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.; SENATE DECISIONS. LONDON, November 16. The decisions of the American Senate in adopting reservations practically nullify the Treaty of Peace. The decisions have produced a serious situa- r tion, which* is viewed in both London " and Paris with much concern. Hie illness of President Wilson at this critical period is regard as increasing the difficulty of forecasting a solution.
One factor is whether tho Ameriom people approve of the Senate undoing the whole labour of President Wilson at tlie Peace Conference. This is uncertain.
