France’s changed attitude in regard to non-intervention in Russia is attributed to an assurance received in Paris from the Soviet Government, that all debts incurred under the Czar’s and Kerensky’s Governments will be recognised. •»

Lieut. Pickles ,the aviator, has completed an aerial survey trip to and from Broken Hill to Sydney. His report will throw valuable light on the inland conditions of aerial travel for future use.
