POLLARD'S PICTURES.
TO-NIGHT.
Mae Marsh in the Goldwyn feature “Money Mad,” and the sth episode of the Pathe serial “The House of Hate,” .under the title of “Spies Within” is to he presented by Pollards to-night at the Princess Theatre. The * production of “Money Mad” is more than equal to the high standard of the Goldwyn features, and with such a winsome star artiste as Mae Marsh, in the leading role' gucoess is assured. The story is an exciting one, and a picturisation of a girl’s terrible fight against great odds. The story is based on.the desire of the heroine’s step-father to hoard wealth, a desire that gradually grows into a disease, then madness. The
dresses worn by Mae Marsh are more expensive and richer than those worn by her on previous occasions. Hindoo mystjcisn? pjays an important part in |he big feature. The manner in which, the lovers trap flie swindlers and lay. bare file spcrgjt of the girl’s mother’s death is unique, and forms one of the most exciting of screen stories.
