At file Supreme Court, a decision of tho Grand Jury yesterday in finding-a trpe bill in respect of one charge p.f murder against Walter Ashby, was altered, and “no bill” was • returned, by the Grand Jury thus Ashby was discharged. Norman Selwyn .Connolly, on four charges of theft was sentenced to reformative .treatment for a term not exceeding three years.
