Mr George (Barclay,, tho Liberal pandidate for Ellesmere seat opened his campaign last night at Little River. He said he stood as an ordinary working farmer, and while he would vote for the 'Party in a no-confidepce motion, hq would support measures, not T; as they suited parties, but as appeared right and just for the whole people. 'He opposed the Reform Party because it stood for trusts and profiteer. for which reason it was unsmted to with the high cost of living.
