ROME, Oct. 30

The “Tribuna ” commenting on President Wilson’s refusal of Premier Tit'oni’s formula for the settlement of the Fiume question says while there is rebellion agamst the Conference, to submit to tlie obstinacy and autocratic intimidations of an American personage holding ephemeral power would be undignified.

FIUME QUESTION. WASHINGTON, Oct. 28. United States has conceded the points raised by Signor Tittoni, with a view to a settlement of the Fiume question. Negotiations are continuing.
