A u SILVER PRICE RISES. LONDON, Deb 27. Silver is it boom prices, there is a rise generally in values. The price in France has risen above the face value oi the c'oins. The French Government is minting an additional ten million of francs worth of nickel coins. A prominent London bullion broker, interviewed, stated' he did not antic’pate the issue' of small dotes. Even if these were issued, they were unlikely to have any serious < fleet on the value of silver, as the high price was entirely due to Chinese buying. I.t was very uncertain how long this would last, but probably it would continue until the Chinese new year.
