At Greymoutli on Saturday nigh,t there was a largo crowd at the Opera House, at tho, boxing- tournament. McDonald and Duggan, in the featherweight, fought a draw. In the professional light-weight bout, Carl Callaway (Australia) 9.11, and Peter Cook (Christchurch) 9.8 i, fought 15 rounds, the latter being declared the winner, after casny having the best of tho go. At Millerton on Saturday night, Jack Griffen and Young Murphy met in. a, fifteen-round contest. The Greymoutli man proved tlie victor, accounting foi his opponent in the tenth round with a knock-out.
