AMERICAN RESERVATIONS. (Kece'verl This l)av at 9.15 a.m.) WASHINGTON, October 22.
The Senate Foreign Relations Committee further reported reservations dealing with Congressional approval of mandatories, accepted by United States and Congressional approval of Repara- , tions Commissions decisions concerning German-American trade. Congressional approval of United States contributions to expenses, and levies. United States reserves the right to increase armament when threatened by invasion or in war, and reserves the' right not to boycott provided in article 16.
RESERVATIONS VOTED ON. (Received this dav at 9.20 a.m.) WASHINGTON, October 22. Tlie Senate Foreign Relations Committee voted for American reservations to the Peace Treaty. These will require the assent of other Powers.
AIR WILSON’S IMPROVING WASHINGTON October 22. It is announced Mr Wilson passed one of the best nights since the illness.
