The Sun’s Washington corespondent says it is understood that United States will not participate in the Commission provided for in the Treaty pending ratification by the Senate.
CANADIAN LOAN. NEW YORK, October 21. It is announced Canada is issuing a three hundred million dollar Victory loan on October 27th, interest five and a half per cent maturity in 1924 and 1934.
ONTARIO’S PARLIAMENT. (Received this dav at 1.30 p.rn.) OTTAWA, October 21. The new Ontario Provisional Parliament consists of 43 United farmers, 28 Liberals, 28 Conservatives, 12 Labour, 2 Independent .
