A PRESENTATION.
Last evening a few intimate friends assembled' at Speybank, Humplireys, the occasion being the presentation of two .handsomely illuminated addresses to Mrs H. Wilson. Mr Cameron, chairman of the executive committee, made the presentation, and said lie could not find' words adequate to express to Mrs Wilson the deep sense of gratitude and appreciation of her devotion to King and country in giving up her two late sons—one. on the hills of Gallipoli, and the other on the battlefields of France. They had gone forth at the Empire’s call to fight for liberty and justice, and in the .foremost of the fighting they had fell. He trusted Mrs Wilson would long live to enjoy that freedom for which her dear boys had so nobly 'aid down their lives. Mr W. Wilson returned thanks on behalf of His mother, after, which a dainty supper was handed round, and a rather sad little gathering dispersed.
