WHAT CROWN PRINCE SAYS
BERLIN; Oct. 14 Tho paper “Tagelisclie Rundschau” publishes a letter from tho Crown Prince, saying that the battle of the Marno was only s'uch a grave failure lowing to the then army leaders losing their heads. It was clear to him in the autumn of 1914 that the war could no longer be militarily brought t° con-, elude peace with France. Ho further complains of a lack of reisoluto political leadership during the I war, and of a failure to make peace ! with England on the basis of economic I - ;coin promise.
