RATIFICATION OF TREATY. (Received this day at 8 a.m.) PARIS, Oct. 13.

President Poincare will ratify the Treaty directly. that copies, bearing King George’s and King Emmanuel’s signatures reach Paris. It is expected that at any moment I diplomatic relations between France and Germany will be restored. France is sending a Charge d’Affairs to Germany for an indefinite period.

GERMANY’S AIRCRAFT. . PARIS, Oct. 13. The Supreme Council has instructed Marshal Foch to inform Germany that sales of her aircraft material to Sweden are contrary to the Peace terms.
