The ordinary meeting if? the Ross Borough Council took place on Tuesday evening. Present: M. H. Linstrom, Esq. (Deputy-Mayor), Councillors M. Moye, F Moore, A. AV. Upjohn, H. McMullan, AV. Hamilton, N. J. Phillips and AAL B. Browning. The minutes of the previous meeting wore read and confirmed; the outward correspondence was approved. INWARD CORRESPONDENCE. • From AV. Punch,, notifying sale of two town sections to N. McNicol, and asking same be corrected on valuation roll.—Received. From N. McNicol, asking authority to use part, of Hoos street.—Received, and request granted. i From.
