THE PEACE TREATY.
(By Electric Telegraph—Copy, ight.) SENATE AND TREATY. WASHINGTON, Oct., 1. The Senate has agreed to take an immediate vote on all the amendments proposed to the Peace Treaty. ITALY DELAYING. ROMN, Oct. 1. The paper “Popolo Romano” declares that Itlay will await the decision of the American Senate and the French Chamber of Deputies before she ratifies the Peace Treaty'. Italy, says the paper, will probably require certain colonial, economic, and financial concessins before agreeing to ratification. FRANCE RATIFIES TREATY. PARIS, Oct. 2. By an overwhelming vote, the Chamber of Deputies ratified the Peace Treaty-
