A wireless from Moscow states a bomb was thrown into a guard room of premises occupied by General Koltchak, six being killed and twelve injured. RUSSIAN EXECUTIONS. (Received This Day at 11.20. a.m.) MOSCOW, September 23. The All Russian • Commission discovered an anti-Soviet organisation called the National Centre, with wide- - spread ramifications, chiefly composed of Cadets, also a few moderate Monarchists : and Mensheviks. Documents were found proving the Centre had communications with General Doniken. The Commission executed sixty-six perincluding Stehipkin ex-member of the Duma who was chairman of the national professors at Astralcoff, Yolkoff, Prince Obolensky and two Generals.
