(AUSTRALIAN & N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION! FINNISH REDS. HELSINGFORS, Sept. 15th. W r lien Finland drove out the Bolsheviks in 1918, the Red Finnish Legion escaped northwards and joined the British in Murmansk. Afterwards the British agreed to send back the whole force and guard it on an island off the coast, while the Finnish authorities court-mar-tialled the leaders. Apparently the agreement failed, as the Legion has suddenly returned to Helsingfors embarrassing the Government. The situation is one demanding delicate handling.
