THURSDAY, SEP. 18th, 1919. (Before E. C. Levvey Esq., S.M.) A DISPUTED DEBT. G. Haussmann, (Mr Sellers) v. John Adamson (Mr Wells),* claim for £ls 15s for work done in preparing income tax returns. Defendant held the charge was excessive. After hearing evidence, the Magistrate gave judgment for £6 6s, with court costs £2, and counsel’s fee £1 6s.
