The “Times” Omsk correspondent reports that though oufc-generalled and out-manoeuvred, sections of the Reds continued au obstinate resistance. The toll of prisoners, guns and material is rapidly growing. The Cossacks aro liarrassing the enemy’s rear in Tobol and Ishim valleys, and regular cavalry are inflicting unexpected blows. The latest coup de main resulted in the capture of the whole staff of a brigade of the finest Bolshevik division. It is believed the Reds have little hope of escape beyond the Urals. Dieterich’s prestige is enormously enhanced.
