/' t * (By Electric Telegraph— ight.) MINORITY REPORT. WASHINGTON, oept. 11. A minority report of the Senate’s Foreign Relations Committee says the rejection of the Peace Treaty will involve a sacrifice on the part of United States of all concessions obtained from Germany. The report deplores the delay and pointed out the proposed majority reservations destroy the League of Nations without substituting anything therefore. It is impossible to recall Germany’s delegates to Paris. If they refused to come, United States will be obliged to settle direc’ly its own Treaty with Germany. PEACE TREATY RATIFIED. (Received This Day at 8 a.m.) OTTAWA, Sept. 11. The House by 102 to 70 ratified the Peace Treaty. It was a straight, party vote. CAPETOWN, Sept. 11. The House of Assembly ratified tlm Peace Treaty. .
