SHIPPING NEWS.

The Paeroa sailed last evening about 10 o’clock for Bruce Bay.

UNION COMPANY’S LINE. The Kokin leaves Wellington to-, night, and is due at Greymouth tomorrow night to load coal for New Plymouth, Wellington and Napier. The Kowhai leaves Greymouth tonight for Wellington, timber laden. The Kaiapoi is due at Greymouth on Sunday from Auckland, to load timber for Australia.

The Kamo leaves Lyttelton to-day, and is due at Greymouth on Sunday to load coal and timber for the same port.

The Poherua leaves Dunedin next Thursday and Timaru Friday for Greymouth with general cargo. The Maheno leaves Lyttelton on the 17th and. Wellington on the 18th for Sydney via Cook Straits.
