Bolsheviks hoping to enter into official relationship with China and spread Bolshevism in the Far East wirelessed a manifesto in Chinese offering to renounce the Boxer indemnities, protect Chinese and other Eastern peoples against the Foreign yoke. The manifesto says the lied Army w..ich is China’s sole ally, is marching eastward to liberate Siberia from the oandit Kolchak and his Japanese Allies. The. manifesto invites China to send a representative to meet the advancing army.

A Polish officer states that the Poles’ entry into Minsk was so sudden that the invaders captured the whole of the local staff of the notorious Commission for combating a counter revolution. In cellars which were used as torture chambers were found remains of thirty Polish officers, .horribly mutilated. Bolsheviks during their occupation tortured and murdered altogether five thousand people.
