Socialists declare volunteers are still being secretly enlisted in the Army. The newspapers “Freic licit,” publishes confidential documents showing the “Lightstag Corps” is appealing to disbanded members to form a secret reserve. The paper points out that if this example is followed, with or without Government’s connivance, a very formidable army will be available at a moment’s notice.
