The “Matin’s” Berlin correspondent states the German constitutional commission reports that no German ought to surrender to any foreign Government for trial.

The German Mark continues to lad in value. Eighty five marks are offered for one pound, d neto the reduction of the British Army in Germany, and of the British Army in Germany, and the fact that Switzerland and othei States bordering Germany are no longed for one pound, due to the reduction while many Germans are selling, in order to transfer their wealth abroad.
