SHIPPING NEWS.
The Alexander leaves Wellington on Wednesday, Nelson on Thursday for Westport and Greymouth and then returns to Nelson.
UNION COMPANY’S LINE. The Kokiri is due at Greymouth on Thursday, to load coal and general cargo for Wellington. The Karamu arrived at Greymouth yesterday morning from Onehunga, to load coal for New Plymouth and Onehunga, sailing this morning. The Kakapo leaves Auckland to-day for Greymouth, direct, with general cargo.
The Kaitangata left Greymouth yesterday morning for Melbourne and Adelaide, timber laden. The Kaliika leaves Greymouth, tomorrow night for Dunedin, timber laden.
The Kamo leaves Wellington this afternoon for Greymouth, to load coal and timber for Lyttelton.
