United at Grey. fAUSTRALIAN & N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION] NEW ZEALAND TEAM AT CAPE. CAPETOWN, July 22. The New Zealand Rugby team arrive on the 18th and were heartily given a civic welcome. Their tour is evoking greatest interest.
LEAGUE TEAMS. SYDNEY, July 23. The New Zealand League Football team sails in the DLahia on Thursday. The Australian League team to tom New Zealand leaves about August 13th or 16th, if a steamer is available. THE CHRISTCHURCH TEADI. In fine overhead conditions, though sloppy underfoot, the second fixture of the Christchurch visiting team was played at Blackball yesterday. The ground conditions were in favour of the team adapting themselves to the state of the turf. Blackball won with 15 points to Addington’s 6.
