The “Echo de Paris” reports:—The Bolsheviks have opened an offensive. They claim to have already captured 30,000 of General Deniken’s forces m Perm with much booty.

(Received This Day at nohn.) HELSINGFORS, July lilt is reported from Petrograd that the British Embassy has been gutted. Several British were forced to dig their graves and were then shot. A terrible anti-Jewish pogrom has broken out. Bolsheviks offer half a million roubles for the assassination of General Mannerhcim, with the object of paralysing the operations of the Finnish army.
