Captain T. E. Y. Seddon M.P., states that land values on the Coast are rising and that a kind of,, land boom has set in. Dr. C. J. Reakos, Director-General of tho Agricultural Department, and Mr A. H. Cockayne, Government Biologist, visited the district a short time ago. They will report on the best means of conducting experiments to show how the soils should bo treated.
