POLLARDS PICTURESMONDAY. Mabel Normami, featured in one of Goldwyn’s latest super attractions “ The Venus Model ” will be Pollard’s principal photoplay to be presented at the Princess Theatre next Monday evening. The drama has a distinct serious element with humourous touches, magnificent settings, rich dresses and the latest invention in bathing suits. A bathing suit plays an important part in the plot, and it is shown to considerable advantage because Mabel Norinand wears it. The story tells of a business that wanted brains to save it from ruin, and Mabel Normand supplied them, and invented a brilliant design'for a bathing suit; but she tried to reform the office boy, a waster son of her employer, who had been ejected from College- Complications arise, but all ends happily. “ Max in a Taxi,” a '2OUO feet Essaney farce comedy featuring Max Linder, will support the star feature.'
