British and Finnish troops have j auctioned westward of Petrozavodsk. Bolshevist newspapers view the situation at Petrogrnd with vgravity. Moscow papers warn the public of an approaching famine. There was lively fighting on the 15th on the Russo-Fin-nish frontier. After all day fighting, the Finns repulsed and inflicted heavy losses on the Bolsheviks.
