CHRISTCHURCH, May. '29. The annual commemoration of the
Masonic Grand Lodge of New Zealand was held in Christchurch yesterday. The Grand Master, Mr Justice Herdman) presided. The financial reports showed a cash balance to the credit of the several funds of an aggregate amount of £56,665.
The reports of the various boards wore adopted. Last night in the Colosseum, Mr Justice Herdman was reinstated as Grand Master, and other officers invested.

(Wellington), F. C. Bi. Bishop (Canterbury), R. Haweridgc (Otago), R. H. Richmond (West Const), R. W. Stiles (Nelson and Marlborough), A. B. Hoggitt (Southland), R. S. Chadwick (Hawkes Bay), R. N. Sargent (Taranaki), and D. J. McFarlnUe, (Ruapehu). Senior Grand Warden, R. Scott (Otago);Junior Grand Warden, T. Morgan (Hawkes Bay); Grand Secretary, M. Niecol; Grand Treasurer, J. T. King; Grand Registrar, C. W. Neilson; President of the Board of General Purposes, H. 11. Seaton, all of Wellington, wlioro the Grand Secretary’s office is at present.
