Tho Secretary of the Northern Collieries Owners’ Association is now negotiating with Mr. Watt, Acting Federal Premier. THE N.S.W. C JIT SIS. „ SYDNEY, April 27. Tho position of New South Wales coal trouble is unchanged. The Federal Government has summoned the colliery proprietors to Mel. bourne to meet the Acting Premier, Mr Watt and discuss their attitude in the matter.
