They don’t want the down-trod-den public to he robbed of their freedom, and so arc putting up a strong fight to protect them. They want the people to he free to put their good coin over the bar, and leave the “Trade” to carry that coin to its hankers and place is on the safe deposit. Anybody who objects to this arrangement and believes that the money would be more advantageously spent in food and clothing and boots and furniture, and school books is a wowser and the enemy of freedom.
