The “Herald’s” Washington correspondent interviewed Mr Bryant who stated the League of Nations is the ♦ greatest step towards peace for a thousand years. It can’t be expected that so great an instrument can be perfected iu a short time. Certain amendments should be made in order to strengthen the eLague.
