FUNERAL OF LIEBKNECHT. AMSTERDAM, January 27. Liebknecht and thirty-three Spartacu<;ists were buried in Friedrichsfeld Cemetery. The city was filled with 'soldiers. No disturbances occurred though the men stopped work.

Mr Barries has concluded a throe days’ conference with British Trade Unionists and Dominion representatives, pd'eparing a draft ot a seveme for international regulation conditions of employment. The scheme, which embodies a view of British 1 radc Unionism will he submitted to an international commission on labour regulations.
