T3Y Order in Council, made and issued by His Excellency the Govern-or-General in Council on the 30th day of J uly 1918, under the authority of the above Act. it was determined that the respective duties by way of Income tax, and Special War-tax, leviable under sect ions (i anj ? respectively of the said Act, should be paid in one sum on WEDNESDAY, the sth DAY of FEBRUARY, 1919, at the office of the Cotnnissioner of' Taxes, Government Buildings, Wellington; and, in accordance with such Order in Council, I hereby give notice that the said duties will be nay able accordingly. Additional tax will accrue if the tax is n ot paid on or before 20th February 1919. The liability to pay is not suspended by any objcction. The tax should be paid on or before tli 0 prescribed date, and any refund necessary will be made later. If not paid, additional tax will accrue. Note.— IMPORTANT. Owing to the serious interference with the work of the Department caused by the influenza epidemic a delay of some days will take place in the issue of the demands for the following: Individuals whose surnames commence with the letters C.
