SINN FEIN PARLIAMENT. I OPENING PROCEEDINGS. 1 AUSTRALIAN & X.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION'] LONDON, January 25. The Sinn Fein Parliament has beep opened, with much solemnity at Dublin. Tlv„o were 23 members of the House of Commons who participated in the opening. Parliamentary usage was closely followed. A pledge was administered binding the members to make every effort ' j secure Ireland’s independence.

SINN FEIN CABINET. LONDON, January 25. The Sinn Fein Parliament held secret session and elected an Irish Cabinet. I’lie names of the members of the Cabinet are withheld.
PATRICK PEARCE’S COLLEGE NEW YORK, January 25. Dublin messages state that the military have seized St Endas College,, Dublin, the secondary school for boys, founded hv Patrick Pearce, the Sinn Fein leader who was executed in 1916.
