PROSPERITY IN GERMANY. LONDON, January' 20. New Zealanders on furlough from Cologne declare that the general air ol prosperity at Cologne confirm the soldiers conviction that Germany was beaten in the field. All the big restaurants are open and the orchestras are equal to anything heard in London. Food is plentiful and cheap. New Zealanders find the Germans deeply respect ful. They wore always read to give soldiers their scats.
