The Australian Press Association says General Poole telegraphs that refugees in Central Russia state that the Bolsheviks continue to destroy the economic and social life. The deciee for the nationalization of women has been put in force. Commissaries of Free Lovo have been established in several towns. Respectable women wero flogged for refusing to yield. Experiments were also made in the nationalisation of children. SECRET ARMS FOUND.
