HOLIDAY ARRANGEMENTS.
NEW YEAR’S DAY, JANUARY Ist. ; Tbo Post Office will be closed in all branches. Mails for Greymouth and Ross close at 8 p.m. previous evening (’I uesday). Town receivers cleared at 7 p.m. There will be a delivery over the public counter by the postmen between 7.30 and 8.30 p.m. on Tuesday. Telegraph Office open from 9 to 11 a.m.. and from 7 to 8 p.m. Telephone Exchange from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
