The New York “Times” Paris correspondent interviewed Lord Northcliffe, who said tho League of Nations proposal appeared to him a somewhat 'abstract aud academic subject. He said, however, that the proposed league would receive powerful hacking from all the political parties in England and it is apparently warmly endorsed m France.
