FIXED for APRIL 10th. f run PRESS ASSOCIATION. —COPYRIGHT.] WELLINGTON, This Day. An Extraordinary Gazette fixes April 10th for the date of the Licensing Referendum. Regulations are published lor taking votes of soldiers in camps and hospitals etc.; also thoso out of New Zealand . For those in England or Europe, special polling places will ho provided and the High Commissioner will cable the result to New Zealand. Officials in Egypt are to be appointed by the High Commissioner who will conduet a poll for all men in the East and cable the result. . Arrangements lmvo also l.a'"'-n made for men in Samoa- and those who may bo on board ship. In these two bases the ballot boxes will be sealed and tbo votes counted on arrival tii New Zealand
