A Berlin message, via the Hague states the Soviet have sent an ultimatum to the Government demanding the resignation of Deputy Ebert cellor) and Deputy Schcidmaun from the Ministry. YOUTHFUL BOLSHEVIKS. LONDON December 17. Berlin advices state that hundreds of boys and girls paraded in Berlin going to the Reichstag Building, where the Soldiers’ and Workmen’s Congress is now proceeding. They demand inter alia, votes for those who hav o reached the ’ ago of eighteen the abolition of corporal punishment in the schools and participation by children in the administration of Government and of schools. The procession carried red flags and incendiary placards. A hoy speaker warned the Executive of terrible consequences if they failed to grant tho demands. The Chairman of the Executive declared they were in sympathy with tho demands. m , At a later demontration in tufc Reichstag Square youthful orators demanded the removal of Deputies Ebert (Chancellor) and Schiedmann (Minister). They also condemned the convening oi a National Assembly .
