Miuehau, holders of Education Endowment Reserve 122, Block IV, Wataroa S.D, under Miscellaneous Lease 958, for 20 years from Ist January, 1908, point out that the Poerua River is encroaching on the property, and asked for an expenditure ot £I,OOO to protect the reserve from erosion.—Received ; left to Commissioner, Messrs Houliston and Clayton to visit and report.
